Hawthorn East House. This is an alterations and additions project to an existing solid brick dwelling. A new double storey building was added to the rear of the building. The new kitchen dining living space was given life with a new double height space positioned to the north to allow daylight to enter this area all day. The double height space allows views above to the open sky, in an otherwise restricted location.
